He took the time to help me explore all of my options, and was able to provide details specific to my interests near each of the properties. He is very responsive, even now, 2 months after I moved into my home and I called him with a question.     Parker exceeded our expectations! After discussing our needs with Parker, he determined a sales price, developed a strategy, reviewed it with us, set a timetable as to when and how he wanted to show the house, even offering to help us get the home ready! He sold our house in less than 30 days, for more than we would have settled for! He stayed in touch with us every week. Even after the house sold, he made sure everything was satisfactory. Parker was ALWAYS available for us! We highly recommend Parker!
